Kacee Bidnick has lived on the Emerald Coast for the last 5 years studying business marketing at Pensacola State College. With over a decade of customer service and sales experience, she was inspired to enter into the flourishing local real estate industry. Newly involved in real estate development, she has flourished in her career and devoted all her time to becoming as involved as she can in the community.
Having grown up in Southern California, Kacee enjoys the natural beauty and outdoor activities that Pensacola has to offer. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two dogs.
Meghan Gilroy-Triolo grew up in the Gulf Coast area and has lived here for 22 years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University where she also established herself as a valued student and athlete, earning a nomination for 2010 NCAA Woman of the Year. Soon after graduating, Meghan began a professional volleyball career in Reggio Calabria, Italy, where she played for three seasons until returning to Pensacola in 2014. Upon her return, Meghan immersed herself in the world of Real Estate. Her knowledge of the Gulf Coast, range of acquaintances, personable nature, and dedication make Meghan an ideal choice to guide you through the complicated, and often daunting process of buying or selling your home.

Steven Sebold is a native of the Pensacola area. He grew up in Gulf Breeze and graduated from Gulf Breeze High School. He attended the University of West Florida and started working as an intern at a prominent local law firm at the age of 18. With a natural love of architecture and design, Steven started A Door Properties in 2012, with A Door Real Estate following shortly behind in 2014.
Tyler Cashin was born in Hilton Head Island South Carolina where he grew up enjoying the outdoors and helping his Mom and Dad run the family businesses: Cashin Construction Company and Interiors by Donna Coudes. He relocated to Pensacola from the Florida Keys where he worked as an estate manager for Dooley Construction Company, a premier home builder in Islamorada FL.
Tyler graduated from Queens University of Charlotte where he played NCAA division II Lacrosse and studied Corporate Communication and International Business. Growing up in the industry gave Tyler a competitive advantage and desire to pursue a career in Real Estate.
